What is the Courageously Workshop Series?

It is a practical, skill-building session designed to give you actionable strategies for mental and emotional wellness. We skip the vague advice and focus on specific tools you can use immediately to manage stress, improve focus, and build a more sustainable daily routine.

How long are the sessions, and do I need to be there live?

Most workshops run between 60 and 90 minutes. To protect the privacy of our participants and foster a real-time supportive environment, you must be present to participate. We do not currently offer on-demand recordings, though we may consider this as an option in the future.

How can I join the session?

We’ve made the process easy: Click on the link to RSVP for the workshop that speaks to you. After you sign up, look for a confirmation email in your inbox with helpful details about the workshop.

Who will benefit most from these sessions?

If you’re a high achiever, a giver, or anyone feeling the heavy pull of a demanding life/schedule, you’re in the right place. We help people who are tired of their well-being being an afterthought and are ready to build a more sustainable way of living.

Is this therapy?

While these workshops are rooted in evidence-based research, they are educational and skill-based in nature. They do not provide clinical diagnosis, mental health treatment, or a traditional therapeutic relationship. Think of this as a proactive toolkit for your wellness. If you’re looking for clinical therapy, we encourage you to connect with a licensed mental health professional.

What is the investment?

We offer a mix of complimentary community sessions and paid specialized workshops.

What if I can't afford a paid session right now?

We believe wellness tools should be accessible. If you are experiencing financial hardship, you are welcome to complete our Scholarship Request Form. Please note that because we have limited resources, we may not be able to accommodate every application. We will keep your request on file for 3 months and notify you if your application has been approved. You may reapply for the scholarship once a year; please note that scholarships are limited to one per year per person.
