FINDING THE COURAGE TO ADAPT WITHOUT THE BURNOUT
A free 30-minute virtual preview for professionals navigating uncertainty, AI, and the stress of workplace change.
Work is changing fast.
AI is reshaping roles. Expectations are rising. You may feel pressure to keep learning, proving your value, and preparing for a future that feels uncertain.
At the same time, you may already be tired.
You may be asking:
Will my skills still matter?
Am I falling behind?
How do I stay relevant without burning out?
What should I focus on next?
You do not have to meet uncertainty by pushing yourself harder.
This free virtual preview will help you step back, understand how people respond to change, and encourage you to create your strategic career plan.
In 30 minutes, we will explore:
how people typically respond to pressure and uncertainty;
which strengths can help you adapt to a changing workplace;
how those same strengths may become draining when overused;
what may be contributing to workplace stress or burnout;
how greater self-awareness can help you make clearer career decisions.
You will leave with practical insights to help you:
recognize the value you already bring into your organization;
adapt to your changing workplace with greater confidence;
protect your energy at work;
prepare for what comes next.
This preview may be right for you if you:
worry that your role or skills may become less relevant soon;
feel pressure to keep proving your value;
are exhausted from trying to keep up;
are navigating AI, restructuring, or career uncertainty;
want to grow without sacrificing your well-being.
You will also receive a complimentary introduction to our newest signature Courage Coaching program which starts on August 22nd. This will combine a personality assessment with private coaching to help you better understand your strengths, communication preferences, stress patterns, and opportunities for growth in this fast-changing world.
Since we are only taking 10 initial clients for this new program, at the end of the preview, you will be the first to receive a link to join the founding waitlist for early access, introductory pricing, and priority consideration.
Note: There is no obligation to sign-up for this new Courage Coaching program to attend this complimentary virtual preview.
