Refund Policy

At Courage Creatives, we are committed to creating thoughtful, high-quality educational resources, coaching experiences, and digital offerings that support personal and professional growth. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

On-Demand Courses

On-demand courses are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within that timeframe by emailing maria@couragecreatives.com.

Requests received after 24 hours are not eligible for refund consideration.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you do not see the refund reflected a few days after receiving confirmation from us, please contact your bank directly.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are reserved specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit, except in cases of emergency at our discretion.

For coaching packages, refunds are not available for sessions already completed. If a package is canceled before all sessions are used, any eligible refund will apply only to unused sessions and may exclude administrative or preparation costs.

If Courage Creatives must cancel a coaching session, clients will be offered either:

• a rescheduled session, or

• a refund for that specific session

Live Workshops and Events

Registration fees for live workshops, trainings, or events are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event when notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, depending on availability.
